My Career And Professional Journey
Harrison is a result-oriented and professional Armed/Unarmed Security Officer who approaches employee security and theft prevention with careful reasoning and attentiveness.
My background in criminal justice brings strong law enforcement procedures and criminal law knowledge. Also, I am an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the medical field, with 3 ½ years of billing/coding experience.
I have demonstrable success in providing excellent patient care as a Registered Medical Assistant. I also have proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing optimal effectiveness and efficiency. I am consistently driven to go above and beyond expectations to achieve goals and objectives.
I have strong knowledge in the transport of the inmate population with a solid background managing this population while upholding all the security protocols. I have handled high-pressure situations and resolved conflicts efficiently. My communication and organization skills, coupled with teamwork will consistently ensure I lead a safe environment for staff and inmates.
And Why I Chose Criminal Justice
From the Commission of the Offence, the Law Enforcement, the Courts, and Corrections

And I wouldn’t want to exaggerate this. I chose a career in criminal justice to advance public safety with careful integration of law enforcement and the applicable legal system.
The current surge in mental health challenges and socioeconomic crises is forcing people to make their worst decisions, which result in cruel crimes. I strongly believe that effective criminal justice would be warranted through evidence-based interventions, something that enforcement alone has failed to deal with.
The demands for criminal justice have also evolved. That is why I have gone further to pursue Forensic Psychology to improve my ability to uncover the scientific framework on the “why” behind most of these crimes.
Combining these two programmes and my long-standing professional experience means that I will deliver the most robust approach to criminal justice rather than relying on legal and conventional correctional practices.
